How often should I visit the hygienist?
This depends on your individual oral health and will be discussed with you and tailored to your needs as part of your treatment plan with your Dentist and Hygienist.
As a general rule the majority of patients visit the hygienist every six months, but some patients require three monthly visits to maintain their gum health, this may be due to an increased risk of gum diseases, Dental Implants, Pregnancy, Orthodontic treatment or certain health conditions.
